Fondazione Guido Venosta Supports the Webinar Series “Allenarsi alla vita” promoted by Fondazione Bullone and Deascuola Youth Distress: Schools prepare to tackle the challenge
Milan, June 23, 2025
Schools cannot ignore the vulnerabilities that shape the lives of adolescents: from illness to emotional isolation, from eating disorders to a widespread sense of disorientation.
With this goal in mind, the first cycle of free webinars “Allenarsi alla vita” – Turning Fragility into Opportunity was launched by Fondazione Bullone and Deascuola, with the support of Fondazione Guido Venosta, which has long been committed to promoting health and education.
The first edition included four sessions attended by 6,200 secondary school teachers and involving 2,500 students. These webinars provided educators—those in daily contact with young people—with practical tools: a structured training path enriched with expert content, real-life stories, and best practices to address the growing need for listening, understanding, and guidance in schools.
The experience of Fondazione Bullone, which works with young people who have faced serious illnesses, offered an authentic perspective on transforming fragility into awareness, growth, and value. This approach resonated with Fondazione Guido Venosta, which recognized the strategic role of schools in preventing deep-rooted distress among youth.
The partnership stems from a shared vision: Giuseppe Caprotti, President of Fondazione Guido Venosta and co-founder of Fondazione Bullone, has repeatedly stressed the importance of building alliances between education, health, and culture to address young people’s evolving needs in a systemic and meaningful way.
To strengthen this connection, the project provided teachers with reliable resources and actionable tools for managing complex situations—not only during emergencies but in everyday educational relationships.
Following the positive feedback from the first edition of “Training for Life,” a new webinar cycle is planned for 2026, with the goal of involving more schools and deepening the dialogue between adults and adolescents.
