Thanks to the collaboration between the Guido Venosta Foundation and Taxi Service, the “Taxi Solidale for Children in Hospital in Milan” project continues for the second year.
As in the previous year, the project will benefit several Milanese hospitals:
- Casa Sollievo Vidas (pediatric hospice)
- Buzzi Hospital, Milan
- San Carlo Hospital
- San Paolo Hospital
- ASST Grande Ospedale Metropolitano Niguarda
- San Raffaele Hospital
- Pini Hospital
- Fatebenefratelli Hospital
- Fondazione IRCCS Ca’ Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico
These institutions have once again embraced our commitment to send a message of solidarity to their young patients and the staff who care for them.
The common goal is to bring a smile to every child admitted to pediatric wards during the magical Christmas season.
We have reached an agreement with the manager of the “Giochi Preziosi” store in Cogliate (Mb) to purchase toys deemed appropriate for children between 0 and 18 years of age. These include educational games ranging from activities that stimulate sensory development in younger children to board games for older ones. For all stationery items, we partnered with Cartoleria Pisotti in Milan.
We have also confirmed, with a trusted pastry chef, the production of Christmas cookies and artisanal panettoni, along with Prosecco wine from a Venetian winery to distribute in the wards—also as a token of gratitude for the medical staff who actively support the entire therapeutic journey.

The two Taxi Solidale initiatives—first during Covid-19 and then in hospitals at Christmas (2023 and 2024)—stem from the over fifty-year-long friendship between the Foundation’s president and Giuseppe Lipia, as seen on December 17, 2024 at Buzzi Hospital, with Giuseppe Caprotti visible on the left for those watching.
Also shown is a snapshot from Via del Lauro, where both grew up, taken during the pandemic.
