Objectives and Key Activities – Summary
“Happy. diventare capaci” is a project promoted by the Fondazione Guido Venosta in collaboration with Minotauro, Spazio Aperto Servizi, CSV Monza-Lecco-Sondrio, and Casa della Salute. It was created to promote the well-being and development of adolescents’ relational, emotional, and social skills, while supporting the educational community that guides them. The project enhances local networks by fostering co-design between schools and associations for a more inclusive education.

-
Teachers and professionals: providing guidance services and training pathways to support their educational roles

“Happy. diventare capaci” stems from the belief that happiness is not a destination, but an active resource in the growth process. In a time marked by fragility, change, and new educational challenges, this project seeks to rekindle trust, build meaningful connections, and unlock every adolescent’s potential through concrete, participatory, and shared experiences.
